5 Reasons to Choose Coworking
Choosing your workspace is a deeply personal decision, but here are five reasons why you should consider coworking for your small business:
1. Budget Friendly
The biggest benefit of coworking? The budget. Let’s be honest: Coworking is simply more affordable than leasing your own office space. The economy is squeezing businesses on every side, and you’ll take savings wherever you can get them. Renting office space is a big expense, and coworking will save a sizable chunk of change.
2. Scalability
Another way to save money is the scalability of coworking. You’re not locked into a set office space or a specific tier. Start with just a desk. Grow as you need to, expanding to new and larger space when it happens. Coworking can ease the transition to a larger space, keeping those bills affordable and not forcing you to make a giant leap from the free home office to the big monthly lease of an office.
3. Flexibility
Free places to work come with lots of limitations. The coffee shop has set hours, as does the library. Even if you have self-service hours at the library, they’re still limited. But at Evolve, you have access to your coworking space 24/7. We’ll save you a seat.
4. Human Interaction
If you go the home office route, you’re likely lacking human interaction. Working in your pajamas is a nice benefit, but sometimes you just need to connect with people. That’s one of the major advantages of coworking—you can rub elbows with a building full of people. It’s a built in community, where networking opportunities abound. Plus, everyone is there to get work done, so that human interaction isn’t going to become a distraction.
5. Bonuses
Finally, coworking offers bonuses you’re not going to get with a home office, table at a coffee shop, or your own space. Coffee, kitchen, printing, conference rooms, foosball—what do you need? Coworking has it. And the best part? It’s not your problem. When it’s your space the printer is your problem and you’ll be running out to get a new toner cartridge. With coworking, it’s taken care of so you can focus on work.
