Work Space
There are plenty of places to get work done, from private offices to open desks. Claim a seat and get to work. In our open desk area, we’ve got regular tables, high tables, comfy seating, and more. If working from home is not as productive as you’d like, we’ve saved you a seat.
There’s also a phone booth space if you need a private area to take a phone call, go on Zoom, or decompress. It’s perfect for a power nap or nursing parents.
We can also handle your mail and packages with the professional business address service.
Printing & Percolating
What’s an office without the essentials? We’ve got the perks you need when it comes to office supplies and kitchen space.
Print, Pack & Post
Your office supply needs are covered with our printing and shipping center. Members get a generous printing allowance that’s way cheaper than sending it to a local copy center.
We also have everything you might need to assemble a presentation or ship a product, including paper cutter, laminator, binding, and more.
Kitchen & Coffee
Our kitchen is well stocked, including a fridge, microwave, vending machine, and more. Enjoy some space to get away from your desk to eat.
We also have beverages covered, with water, tea, and coffee on hand. (Our fresh Amore Coffee has been a COVID-19 casualty, but we hope to bring it back soon.)
Conference Rooms & Meeting Space
Whether you’re hosting a large crowd or just need a space to assemble your team, we’ve got all kinds of meeting rooms. Conference room space is included for members and outside groups can rent space starting at $25 per hour. We can handle set up and clean up, plus we offer TVs and projectors to suit your audio/visual needs. You’re welcome to bring in your own food, and if you need catering suggestions we’ve got you covered.

Play Time
All work and no play doesn’t end well, so we’ve got options to take a break. There’s a game room with foosball, ping pong, and air hockey. Or kick back in the hammock. You can also get your steps in with the River-to-River Greenway across the street.
Warehouse
If you need storage space or run a business that isn’t behind a desk, we’ve got warehouse space available for rent. We’re currently exploring expansion options for the warehouse to better serve you.
