Our pricing is incredibly flexible. It ranges from $25 per hour for our smallest space up to $200 per hour for our largest space. And we book in quarter hour increments so you only pay for what you need.

4. Breakout Space

Putting on a conference or an event where you need multiple spaces? We’ve got rooms to use as breakout space when your larger event needs to split into smaller groups.

Evolve is conveniently located just off Highway 52 in West St. Paul with plenty of parking. We’re an eight-minute drive from downtown St. Paul and there are plenty of nearby food options on Robert Street.
